Liz P Originals

Hi Boss Shoppers,

This week I got to fall in love with Elisabeth Perez from LizPOriginals. Liz, who is originally from Austria was flown into the United States by Cupid himself in 1988. Love brought this woman to America and its love that radiates from her jewelry. She offers over 140 unique designs. Her jewelry pieces are created with care, each bead, pendant and rock, inspected and synchronized with the next. Her art which was inspired by the fashions of Florence, Italy is meant to make her customers feel "confident and wonderful."

Liz promises fast delivery and careful packaging. Each of her designs comes in a special colorful bag which was sourced from India. Her latest designs include agate pendants in necklaces, sun catchers, and car or window charms. She likes to call them "Tears of the Goddess."

Simple Self Sufficiency Tip

Hi Boss Ladies,

Summer is over, the calendar says so. Here in the Bay Area, we're starting our warm season, but even with the heat, or better said, because of the continued heat, the tree leaves are turning orange. I may continue to feed my kids bland watermelon for a few more weeks, but still, its officially Fall. Instead of being sad over the end of tanning season, lets instead use the Autumn Equinox as a reminder to update our Etsy Shops.

Perfect for fall, Click to visit Karen on Etsy

Let yourself try new tags and titles. Perhaps your Mother's Day Jewelry is ready to become Christmas Gifts for Mom. Perhaps your back to school bags should go back to being regular ole book bags. Whatever changes you make, wether you get ready for the Holiday Season now - or take some time for Halloween sales, just remember to update something. Even something as simple as updating your featured listings gives your shop a fresh feel.

Whether you are still decorating for fall, or already gearing up for Christmas, Shady Rest Designs is ready for you.

Let us know in the comments below, what updates you made for your shop, and of course, share the link.

Alura's Studio

Hi Boss Ladies and Friends,

I found myself down the rabbit hole while I was researching this weeks feature. It was so easy to get lost in all that Alura's Studio and Alura herself are. I found myself researching Marie Antoinette during the time when she was a Teen Idol wearing Battleship Replica's in her hair, I was immersed in the various teams that Alura Leads, and I was pleasantly reminded of how much I admire paper artists.

Visit Alura's Studio on Etsy

My girl crush with Alura's Studio started before I even opened my own Etsy Shop. Pregnant with my second child I used to navigate Etsy for hours while I dreamt of having my own home based business that gave me just enough income to be able to stay home with my kids as long as I chose. I remember hearting shop after shop, watching them set up their items, write up their policies, start a facebook page... and then fizzle out. But whenever I bumped into Alura's Studio, an Etsy Shop that apparently was made successful, by being an extension of the owner, there she was, amassing sales, and gaining fans.  I enjoyed reading whenever she updated her page and I envied that she had access to both a Canadian Post Office AND a US Post Office. My girl crush continues now as I see her business evolve into a brick and mortar shop in Vermont called La Petite Brocante - A Tiny Flea Market.

Although I think of Alura as the Antique Tea Party Queen, her self proclaimed specialty is Antique Books and Ephemera. She is certified at giving appraisals and has established herself as an Antiquarian, having 17 years in sales experience. Her ability to be so many things at the same time is probably made possible by her deep spiritual practice, see her Halloween Tarot Listing, for an opportunity to learn more about that aspect of her. She will be practicing on her most favorite night but will only be helping 10 clients, so if you're interested, make sure to purchase now.

I imagine that Alura's Studio will continue growing. I can see myself a few years from now, visiting Alura at La Petite Brocante, she'll read my cards and we'll drink fancy tea, then we will play in her paper craft studio where I'll get to watch as she turns little folded pieces of paper into unique art.

Thank you for taking the time to read this feature.

GreenLioness

Hi Boss Ladies and Friends,

Today I'm bragging out my friend Katharine who runs GreenLioness. Katharine is a kind, hard working seamstress who makes her own patterns, designs, and fabric purchases. Her shop was started in 2010 as a way to highlight her love of reusable products and fabric. She is very proud of the fact that she runs every aspect of her shop herself and she makes sure to use supplies made in the USA as often as possible.

Visit GreenLioness on Etsy

One of my favorite items from her shop was her Pumpkin Print UNsponges which come in a set of four.  Just in time for the fall season, these sponge replacements are made using three layers and are sturdy enough to use for washing your dishes. Wash dishes with organic, super absorbant cotton? Yes please, keep those pesticides off my plates!

Have you visited GreenLioness lately? Let us know something you love about her shop in the comments :)

Treasure2Remember

Hi Boss Ladies and Friends,

Thank you for visiting our Team Blog. This week's feature is Boss Lady Treasure Kelly who runs Treasure 2 Remember. Treasure has been selling on Etsy since 2011. Her shop boasts of an impressive 7242 sales (as of 9/4/2016) and a 5-Star Etsy Rating. Treasure Kelly attributes her shops success to shopping games like BNS and BNR's, but I did a little digging in her reviews, and found that her real success comes from her friendliness, attention to details, clarity and consistency. Her customers know exactly what they are getting when they shop from Treasure: good quality, unique treasures. Her shop is filled with handmade goods, supplies, AND vintage wares along with a few digital products. This makes her shop a mini-Etsy offering a little bit of everything.

Visit Treasure2Remember

Treasure lives in a remote location, so she gives herself generous shipping times. However, her customers are quick to note that she has fast shipping. If you have a time constraint make sure to contact her first, she's friendly, quick to respond and honest.

Thank you again for visiting our blog. Let us know in the comments if you've ever bought anything from this shop, we'd love to hear about your experience.
